SAFETY

PROTECTING OUR PEOPLE. STRENGTHENING EVERY PROJECT.

Safety isn’t a department at Nyati. It’s how we operate.

From our manufacturing facilities to customer jobsites, safety is integrated into how we plan, execute, and evaluate our work. We believe every employee has a responsibility to identify risks, speak up, and take action to protect themselves and those around them.

Our approach is backed by established safety programs, independent contractor evaluations, and a measurable record of performance.

A TRACK RECORD THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

Our commitment to safety is reflected in measurable results across our operations.

Our safety programs and contractor qualifications are reviewed through ISNetworld and Veriforce.

Every Employee Has the Authority to Stop Work

No deadline is more important than working safely. At Nyati, Stop Work Authority is more than a policy. Every employee has both the authority and the responsibility to stop work when they identify an unsafe condition or activity.

That authority can be exercised without restriction or retaliation. Our Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy reinforces a simple principle: production is never so urgent that we cannot take the time to perform our work safely.

Prevention Starts With Speaking Up

We believe preventing incidents begins with recognizing risks before they lead to injuries. Our incident and near-miss reporting program requires identified incidents and near misses to be documented and investigated. This helps our teams identify contributing factors, address hazards, and continuously improve workplace practices.

By encouraging reporting and accountability at every level, we work to create safer environments for our employees, partners, and customers.

Safety Standards Across Our Workforce

Our commitment extends beyond our direct employees. Nyati maintains a drug and alcohol compliance program administered through DISA, covering employees, subcontractors, and applicants involved in field operations. These requirements support consistent safety expectations across the teams working on our projects.

Do Better. Be Safer. Every Day.

Safety is a shared responsibility at Nyati, reinforced through accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement. It's a commitment we bring to our people, our partners, and every project we undertake.
